The type of personal information I collect


I currently collect and process the following information:

● Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name
and contact details)
● Information about you, your family and child such as names, ages,
occupation and your personal situation.
● If you become a client, I will collect financial information in order to
take payment, but financial information will not be stored.

How I get the personal information and why I have it


Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by
you for one of the following reasons:

● To become a direct client of Amy Crichton Baby Sleep Coach or to
receive email communications from Amy Crichton Baby Sleep Coach.

We use the information that you have given us in order to assess your
current sleep and family situation and provide the most relevant and
bespoke advice possible.

I will not share this information with any third parties.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful
bases I rely on for processing this information are:

How I store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

I keep the personal data you have provided to me for the purposes of
sleep consulting for six months. I then dispose of your information by
deletion from ym database. In terms of email addresses provided to me
with consent from the user, these are stored on email marketing lists until
you unsubscribe or contact me in any other way to request I delete you
from my lists.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

personal information.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask me to rectify
personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to
ask me to complete information you think is incomplete.
